Additional information

Right-hand facing corner sofa

When viewed from the front, the extended section of the right-hand version will be on your right side. The chosen corner layout should complement the flow of the room and allow for natural, unobstructed movement within the space.

Velvet

Velvet is a fabric with a luxurious texture and appearance, characterised by its soft, velvety surface. It is a shadowed fabric, meaning it tends to shift in shade depending on the lighting. Velvet looks particularly striking in rich, earthy tones such as green, deep brown, grey, and blue. Modern velvet is often made with blends of synthetic fibres, viscose, or polyamide. This elegant material is currently very popular in interior design and is widely used for furniture and decorative items like cushions. Velvet blends beautifully into home interiors, making it a fabric well worth considering when choosing new upholstery. Over time, some areas of the fabric may lose their soft velvet texture – this is a natural part of the fabric’s charm and character. How to care for velvet: To refresh the fabric, use a soft-bristled brush or a handheld steamer. If any liquid is spilled, blot it immediately with an absorbent cloth – do not rub, as this may damage the fabric. Use only cleaners specifically designed for velvet or warm water with mild soap. Always test any cleaning product on an inconspicuous area first.

Freestanding

Fully upholstered back. Suitable for placement in the center of the room.

'Dolphin' unfolding mechanism

This is a simple and convenient solution that allows you to transform the furniture into a bed with minimal effort. The drawer located beneath the seat section is discreetly hidden, and once pulled out, it reveals a comfortable sleeping surface. To unfold the bed, simply pull the lower section towards you to slide out the drawer containing the additional mattress. Then, using the built-in loop, lift the mattress upwards into position. The sleeping surface is slightly firmer than standard options. Thanks to the fixed backrest, this piece of furniture can be placed directly against a wall without affecting its functionality.

Zig Zag springs

Zigzag springs are among the most popular choices in upholstered furniture manufacturing. They are mounted at equal spacing along the furniture frame. Thanks to their curved, serpentine shape, these springs are both flexible and durable. As a result, upholstered furniture retains consistent seating comfort throughout its use.

Fabrics

Poso fabric

Soft fabric with deep grooves in the surface that give it a distinctive, textured look. It is resistant to pilling and UV rays, so furniture will keep its original appearance for many years. Clean the entire surface with mild upholstery cleaners and do not wet-wash or bleach.

The sofa is top-notch, the only downside is the part that extends into the bed, which is not finished with the same material as the sofa and acts as an unfinished whole.

Hello! Thank you for your comment and praise of the sofa, we are glad that you are satisfied with it. Regarding the extendable part for the bed, we would like to clarify that some manufacturers of upholstered furniture purposely make this part from a different material, as it is not constantly visible and is adapted to functionality and durability when stretched. Nevertheless, we understand your expectation for a more uniform appearance and appreciate that you shared your opinion - it helps us to further improve our offer. Best regards, the Pohištvo.si team
