Payment

This payment method allows you to pay for your order with cash directly to a courier upon delivery. After the payment is complete, the courier will provide you with a delivery note and a receipt or invoice for your order.

During the delivery of the products, we'd kindly ask you to have the exact amount of cash specified in your order.

Please take note that for orders above 2000 €, full cash payment is not available. The amount exceeding 2000 € must be paid by bank transfer or another approved non-cash payment method.

This option allows you to pay by bank card directly to the courier upon delivery. The driver will have a portable card reader ready to process the payment.

Pay for your order securely using our range of payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for your convenience.

With this payment method, you can transfer the payment directly from your bank account to ours. Please note that the payment must reach our bank before your order is delivered. To arrange a bank transfer, contact our customer service team for the required payment details.

We offer a ‘Good price guarantee’ – if you find the same product at a lower price from another online store operating in Malta, we’ll match the price.

To use the ‘Good price guarantee’, you need to send us a link to the product from another online store where the product and its price are clearly visible. You can send us the link at [email protected], via Facebook message, or leave a comment when placing an order.

• The ‘Good price guarantee’ does not apply if:
• - The online store does not operate in Malta.
• - The product specifications are not identical.
• - The product is subject to a promotion, discount, or sale.
• - The product cannot be ordered from the provided link.
• - The product is not new (e.g. used, refurbished, damaged).
• - The product you are comparing has already been delivered to you.
